I have uninstalled and reinstalled the cartridges to no effect. I have unplugged the printer power and disconnected it from the computer and then reconnected it to no effect. If I run HPPSdr.exe the test page that it creates duplicates the problem that I have experienced (it prints three lines of the alphabet as a paragraph and repeats the same 14 times on a single page).
